The tea liquid color comparison between aged and non-aged CASA Black Tea

Conclusions
  1. Because CASA Black Tea is not an original whole piece tea leaves, they are in loosen tea packaging, so the number of aged days needs to be longer.
  2. When aged at -0.8±0.3℃/30.56±0.54°F for 7-days conditions, the sweetness of CASA Black Tea is increased, but the grassy flavor is very obvious, and the astringency is still very strong.
  3. When aged at -0.8±0.3℃/30.56±0.54°F conditions, to achieves satisfactory aging and taste differences that at least, minimum needs 21 days.
