PALACE GIN-Classic

  • PALACE GIN-Classic is a liquor made entirely for bartending. The main raw materials used to brew PALACE GIN-Classic are juniper berries, coriander seeds, licorice, lemon, Suao cold spring water.
  • The winemakers, according to the proportion of taste and different time parameters, put the four selected raw materials immersed in the purest original liquor in sequence, in which the fore shots (the heads), the heart (or spirit) and the tails of the distillate are extracted by pot-still distillation method, and then the liquor is made according to the proportion of the aroma.
  • When the first mouth is taken, you can feel the special taste of Coriander Seed. When the liquor is contained in the mouth, that Liquorice begins to spread in the mouth, and the tail rhyme has the scent of lemon (Lemon Peel), and left a lingering fragrance in the mouth.

After aged above initial freezing point, the liquor is more suitable for neat drinking and easily to pair with spicy pea crackers, squid shreds, vegetarian meats, garlic flavored peanuts and chocolates.
Conclusions
  • After aged, although the aged data of PALACE GIN-Classic measured by instrument seems not changed much, however, the actual taste is much different.
  • After aged, the alcohol flavor of PALACE GIN-Classic is significantly reduced, less irritating and smoother, suitable for and neat drinking.
  • After aged more than 21 days, the sweetness taste of PALACE GIN-Classic will be more than the alcoholic taste, and the aftertaste will be deeper.
  • After aged above initial freezing point, the liquor is suitable for neat drinking that is easily to pair with spicy pea crackers, squid shreds, vegetarian meats, garlic flavored peanuts and chocolates.
